Psychotherapy Services
Backed by research. Focused on results.
My ultimate goal as your therapist is to instill the skills and confidence to make you into your own therapist. We want to not just get you better, but keep you better for the long term.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) because it works. It's a straightforward, structured type of therapy--and it has strong evidence support for many kinds of problems.

CBT for Trauma
I'm experienced in using three CBT techniques for trauma: Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy. If you're struggling to cope with a traumatic event, we'll start with a thorough assessment and work together to figure out which technique will work best for you.

CBT for Insomnia (CBT-i)
Do you struggle to get enough sleep, even when you have plenty of time for sleep? Insomnia and other sleep disorders are an epidemic in the US, but the good news is that most of them are treatable. I use a specialized form of CBT to help you get better sleep, typically in eight sessions.
